A Site Plan Survey or a Foundation Survey will need to be submitted to most municipalities in order to get a building permit. Some areas can be built without permits not requiring a survey although it is always a good idea to know where your property lines are before construction begins.

A FEMA Flood Elevation Certificate is required by most insurance companies to reduce your premium. The flood study will generally take about 3 days to complete on our end. This document is the beginning step of a process that may take a few months to get processed and start seeing implemented with your insurer, so it is best not to wait if you think there is a need for this study.
